A Canadian businessman rescued about 120 Christian and Yazidi girls from the Islamic State Organization in Iraq and Syria.
The US newspaper " The Tablet"  reported, Stephen Maman, the founder of the Christian and Yezidi Children's Liberation Organization in Iraq, was inspired by the idea of buying these girls, who are sold by the Islamic State Organization in a market for brothels from the work of Oscar Schindler, during World War II the newspaper reported Tuesday.
The German businessman, Oscar Schindler, saved about 1,200 Jews from the Holocaust set up by the Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, by appointing them in his factories. Maman, 42, works with a number of Iraqi negotiators who help him rescue the girls by buying them from the extremist organization who kidnapped them, raped them and sold them in a market for sex; they are sold as sex slaves. After the girls are bought by the charity founded by the Canadian businessman, they are released. The Association for the Liberation of Christian and Yezidi Children in Iraq is funded by Jewish businessmen who are partners to Laman, who were very generous. They also communicate with others through GoFundMe. "The price of a girl's life to save her from hands is between $ 1,000 and $ 3,000," Maman wrote on the fundraising page on Facebook. "We, as thirsty consumers, spend our money on tools, so why not spend this money to save lives?" "Some of the news agencies call me Schindler, or Yazidis," said Maman in a message on Facebook on Monday to those who describe him as "the new Schindler." Please let me know that I really do not feel that. Where there are still many who need to be liberated. " "I say to myself, I can not stand idly by and I will not read the daily reports and I remain passive." "As I have always learned, the person who saves lives saves a world," he concluded.
